The environment where a person lives: The economic and social environment plays an important role in determining health status. An economically stable society or country will have a better environment and hence a better health status.

The physical environment: The physical environment in which a person lives is an important factor to determine health status. if the physical environment remains mostly in such a way that it stops the spreading of infectious agents, then the health status will be stable.
