Answer:

$x=\pm \sqrt{(y-c)/(a)}$

Explanation:

$y=ax^2 + c \\ \\ ax^2 =y-c \\ \\ x^2=(y-c)/(a) \\ \\ x=\pm \sqrt{(y-c)/(a)}$
