When lines intersect they formed angles. angles are the spaces or shapes form between intersecting lines. In this problem they want us to find the angles c and b.

In this problem are two lines which intersect, this intersection creates 4 angles.

Answer: Angles B and C are 71 degrees.

Step by step explanation: Angles b and c are vertical angles, therefore they will be the same amount. One of the angles is given, which is 109. Knowing that a straight angles is 180 degrees, we can subtract 180 from 109 to get the answer.

180-109= 72 degrees.
You can double check by adding 72 to 109, which gives you 180.

Hope this helps!

The angle across from the 109 degree is vertical so they’re congruent.
And angles c and b are across from each other so they’re vertical; subsequently, they’re congruent as well.
The straight lines equal 180 degrees.
180-109=71.
Thus, both b and c are 71 degrees.
