Directions: Choose 7 words from the Unit 1 Vocabulary List. Then, write a conversation between two characters in the play and incorporate those 7 words. This conversation can be from before the beginning of the play, as a side action during the play, or a prediction of a conversation that may happen later in the play.

HIGHLIGHT the 7 words in your conversation so that I can easily see them.

Write the conversation as dialogue (see helpful reminders about writing and punctuating dialogue at this site)

This does not need to be long; I’m thinking 1 - 2 pages typed (remember that dialogue takes up more space on a page because of its spacing)

Include stage directions in italics wherever necessary.
