I am selling a laptop on eBay and someone made a best offer of $650 this morning. I accepted and now see that the person has zero feedback, and just made their account yesterday. Their account says they are/were located in Netherlands and they want me to ship to Verenidge Staten, Houston, TX, 77082-5425. They said they want PayPal email to make payment ASAP and asked for more photos. Should I ship but include tracking? What should I do? Please help!

do not ship sounds like they are scamming you and did you get the payment already
