A carnival charges $1.50 per ride after an entrance fee. You paid a total of $30

after 12 rides. (a)Write an equation that gives the total cost as a function of the
number of rides. (b) Find the total cost for 19 rides.

Explanation:

r = number of rides

1.50r

1.50×12=18

1.50×19=28.50

12 rides = $18

19 rides = $28.50

and if you need the entrance fee:

30-18=12

so it would probably be $12.

and for the total ig fo the last one it would be:

28.50+12=40.50

so $40.50
