Circadian rhythm can be corrected and set right if we avoid sleeping for twelve to sixteen hours. It is often referred as body clock. Mostly our body clocks adapts according to the environment and climate in which we reside. This can be felt when move to a foreign country. Due to the time difference, our body instructs us to sleep when it being a day in the foreign country.
