1. Bisney Studios just put out a new animated movie with animal characters called the "Tiger

Queen". One of the characters is a wild pig named "Roomba". Bisney says that any
coincidence between the studio name, the movie name and any characters is pure coincidence.
Please discuss the applicable legal issues.

They could have got inspiration, but other than that it could be a coincidence, but if someone does sue them for it, they would have to prove that it was a coincidence.
