Answer: x = -6

Explanation:

Whenever you want to find the x-intercept (this would also apply to y-intercept, but we're focusing on x), you'd simply equal y to 0 and then solve for x.

-2x + 3(0) = 12

-2x = 12

÷-2 ÷-2

The answer is going to be x = -6
