Here, the first operation we encounter is subtraction S.

First, we will subtract 4.5 from 55. So, 55 - 4.5 = 50.5

Next operation is addition A.

Now, we will add the result to 12. So, 50.5 + 12 = 62.5

Therefore, the answer is 62.5.
