So, if the linear correlation is near to 1, it's a positive strong correlation. If it's near -1, it's a negative strong correlation. And if the linear correlation coefficient is near to zero, then the correlation is almost null, there's no correlation if it's zero,

Therefore, the correct answer is D, there is little correlation because the coefficient is 0.02, really close to zero.
