He stole a guys wallet (no dignity) and acts like a complete s*** to Josuke. Most people that like Joshu do so because of how much of an unrepentant scmbag he is.

Joshu is the spoiled third of Norisuke Higashikata IV's four children and eventually rubs shoulders with Josuke Higashikata without truly becoming a friend. He has an unrequited crush on Yasuho Hirose.
