Executive branch is responsible for governance of state.

Step-by-step explanation:

Out of the three types of branches of the government: legislative, Judicial and Executive branch, Executive branch is the one which executes and enforces laws and policies in the state.

It is also responsible for the administration of public affairs, i.e., working for public service. Prime Minister pilots the executives and is elected by the members of the Parliament.

The "Vice President" is also the part of Executive branch in case there is a need for him to take any decisions.
