{-3, 29, 21, 33}

Explanation:

Substitute the x values (domain) to find y, do this for all x's-

f(x) = 6(-2) + 9 = -3

f(x) = 6(0) + 9 = 9

f(x) = 6(2) + 9 = 21

f(x) = 6(4) + 9 = 33

Range-

Take the y values and arrange it from least to greatest (this matters and your teacher may most likely count it wrong if you do not put it in increasing order)
