Answer:

Explanation:

the standard form is : ax+by = c

this line passes through (7,-3) : when x=7 and y = -3 means : 7a-3b = c

has a y-intercept of 2 : when x= 0 and y =2 means : 2b = c

you have the system : 7a-3b = c ....(1)

2b = c........(2)

let : c =2

so b = 1 7a - 3 = 2

7a =5 a = 5/7

5/7 x + y = 2

5x +7y =14........an equation in standard form
