Answer:

Scientists stated that the Voynich Manuscript was written in the early 15th century, probably between years 1400 and 1440 in Italy, during a period known as The Italian Renaissance. It's authory remains unknown.

Step-by-step explanation:

The reason why scientists have come to that conclusion is that the Voynich Manuscript is a hand-made written which was composed from left to right (Latin and Greek writing style) in an unknown writing system as a form of encryption.

Cryptography was first introduced through Ancient Greeks and Romans civilizations and was pretty commonly used through Art works as a form of expression during the Renaissance period by many artists, e.g. Leonardo Da Vinci.

Nowadays the Voynich Manuscript is considered a 600 year old piece of art and it's located at Yale University, in the Beinecke Rare Book and Manuscript Library.

I hope it helps!
