and the Width = 45

Perimeter of a rectangle is given as 2( L + B) , that is

2(L+B) = 460

divide through by 2

L + B = 230

Also ,from the second statement

L - 5 = 4B , that is

L - 4B = 5

Combining the two equations and solving simultaneously , we have

L = 185 and B = 45
