Add eight plus three;


8+3=11

And square root of six;

Now all three values;

and

Explanation:

Given the equation below;

√5 × 8+3√6.

This equation can also be rewritten as √5 (8+3√6).

To simplify the surd function above, we will have to open up the bracket to have;

√5 (8+3√6 )

= 8√5+3√30

Since √30 can not be expressed as a product of a root of a perfect number and a prime number, then we will have to leave it that way.

Therefore the simplified form of the given expression is 8√5+3√30

This two values cannot be added further because the values in the square root sign are not the same.
