As you are suggested, the area is the multiplication between pi and the radius squared.

The radius is 8, so its square is 64.

So, the area is
64\pi squared meters.

if we take π as 3.14 then area would be :

3.14 × 8^2 = 3.14 × 64 ➡ 200.9

the are is 201 m^2 approximately
