we know that opposite sides of a parallelogram are equal so

7y + 3 = 12y - 7

12y - 7y = 3 + 7

5y = 10

y = 10 / 5

y = 2

Now

-6x = -4x + 6

-6x + 4x = 6

-2x = 6

x = 6 / - 2

x = - 3
