Explanation:

As the answer choices are showing the backward process of distribution process, just divide common factors and bring them outside.

In this case, the factors of the following numbers are:

18: 1 , 2 , 3 , 6 , 9 , 18

27: 1 , 3 , 9 , 27

The largest common factor is 9. Divide -9 from both sides (since both of them share a negative sign, also factor out the negative sign):

(-18 - 27)/-9 = 2 + 3

B) -9(2 + 3) is your answer.
