Any tips on what to do when you're having anxiety? Like what do y'all do? I wanna try some things out. Thank you​

Answer:

if you have anxiety, then you should find your comfort spot like squishing a sponge ball or going to your favourite place or reading books (not related to studies ofcourse) and things like that help to cope with anxiety.
