If you want a polynomial to have roots a,b and c, then your polynomial is

`(x-a)(x-b)(x-c)`

So, your polynomial is

`(x-√(7))(x+√(7)(x+4)=(x^2-7)(x+4)=x^3+4x^2-7x-28`
