A body of water in which eutrophication has occurred is Chesapeake Bay.

Step-by-step explanation:

Chesapeake Bay is an estuary located in the states of Maryland and Virginia. Eutrophication of this lake is due to the present of excess nutrients. Inorganic nutrients like nitrogen and phosphorous leaks out to the lake through surface runoffs.

The excess amount of nutrients accelerates the growth if algae and underwater plants. Increased algae population is found as thick green coating on the lake surface. When algae expires , the dead material becomes food for oxygen consuming bacteria.

Thus the oxygen level in the lake gets depleted making the survival of the aquatic organisms in it difficult.
