The years between 1450 to 1750 is called the Early Modern Era.

Step-by-step explanation:

During this period, the British were inclined to expand its territorial limits. The emergence of Dutch East India Company and the extension of the Spanish empire occurred during this period and on the whole the imperialism of Europe began.

Apart from the existence maritime empires, there were also large land empires such as Islamic and Ottoman Empire existed. Transoceanic voyages were possible which increased the trade relationships with the west. Global transaction of goods enabled Columbian exchange.

The Period between 1450 to 1750 was the period known as the Early Modern Era. During this period Europe began to expand and build empires around the world. Countries at that moment, measured power with wealth which was directly linked to the commerce of goods. This pushed to the expansion of European powers to the Americas. Colonies were discovered, these new places were explored, new goods and sources of materials were found. Now states were not more just in Europe, the world became more complex, now there was the rise of colonies in the new world, the dynamic of power changed deeply.
