TL;DR, e is -62, and f is 250.

For e, what you have to do is continue the sequence. In the given sequence, the number decreases by 2 every time.
The first 3 numbers of the sequence are given. So that means you have to predict what the 42nd number in the sequence would be if you continued. So you would subtract 3 from 42 (as you already have the first 3 numbers)and get 39. Multiplying that by 2 gives you 78, As your sequence requires you to subtract, you would subtract 78 from 16. This will give you the answer of -62.

It’s the same process for f. First 3 terms are given.25 times 10 is 250. You add 250 to zero. Giving you 250.
