Since x is negative 5, you gonna time 7 and -5.
The answer will be -35.
Whenever, it’s a positive and negative or a negative and positive, it always be a negative number.

Answer:

Y = -35

Explanation:

Y = 7x

x = -5

Since we know what X equals, we can plug it in for X in the top equation. Then, we can solve for Y.

Y = 7 • -5

Y = -35
