Lets observe:

We have two points

(20, 10) and (30, 15)

What it show us?

When x = 20, y = 10

When x = 30, y = 15

As you can see, we have to go 10 in x to have 5 in y, so that means y is even half of x

So the proportion is 1/2 between y and x
