It would be 23x+182

First, you would just keep the same slope since it’s parallel. Then, plug in the x and y values and solve for the y intercept

Answer:

y = 23x + 182

Explanation:

m = 23 (parallel line has same gradient)

y = 23x + c

H(-8,-2)

-2 = 23(-8) + c

c = 182

y = 23x + 182

(Correct me if i am wrong)
