The main idea in the collaborative approach is that the whole team would be willing to work for a common objective that benefit the group achieving the same goals and need. Of course, in this approach collaborating with the others is the most important part in the objective to be able to complete the solution. Using this approach in the health sciences would have a really good impact in general because a complete team can work faster for a cause, e.g. To find the cure for a disease, to develop certain kind of vaccine, to find a better or faster cure for cancer among many other possibilities working in groups; but at the same time this approach can lead sometimes to have conflicts, disagreements, discords because is also an approach that works against time and engaging several ideas and accordances from all the participants in the process, reason why communication would be one of the main tools when applying this approach as a basis for working.
