The three hypothesis about the Indus script:
Indus script include the symbols which were used by the people during the Indus valley civilization. There were three hypothesis related to this script which were
- Dravidian hypothesis which is the most suitable one for this script.
- Sanskrit hypothesis which was given by an Indian archaeologist named Shikaripua who was responsible for interpreting this language.
- Miscellaneous hypothesis which included a number of hypothesis related to Indus script where most important was Indo-Aryan language.
