Answer:

4x + 3y = 12.

Explanation:

The slope = rise / run

= (0-4)/(3-0)

= -4/3

So using the general form y = mx + c

y = -4/3 x + c

Substitute x = 0 , y = 4 to find c:

4 = -4/3 * 0 + c

c = 4,

so we have y = -4/3 x + 4

Convert to standard form:

First multiply through by 3:-

3y = -4x + 12

4x + 3y = 12 (answer).
