Answer: Distributive justice

Explanation: In simple words, it refers to the concept which states that the distribution of goods should be equal in the society. In other words, if two individuals do the same amount of work than their outcome in form of ability to acquire goods should also be the same.

In the given case, Tyler believes that some of his peers did not worked as hard as he did but received the same amount of bonus. As per the above concept he should be provided more bonus than them.
