What would the world be like if all animals(including humans) along with plants had chloroplasts?

Write a story where u predict what would happen?

You have to include energy conversion of photosynthesis function of chloroplasts and mitochondria

The aphids are among the very few animals that can make these pigments for themselves, using genes that they stole from fungi. So I think it would be possible but we would be eating not food but barer is and fescues from other animals but we also would die because we don’t need as much sun because we need to stay hydrated
