Can anyone please help me with this Geometry Math question? Soon as possible!

Graph triangle LNO with L(–6, 0), N(-4, 5), and O(1, –1).

Now graph triangle L'N'O' with the translation vector of <5 , 2>

Finally graph triangle L"N"O" by reflecting L'N'O' over the x-axis.

Answer:

See explanation

Explanation:

Given: Triangle LNO with vertices L(-6,0), N(-4,5) and O(1,-1)

1st transformaion:

Trnaslation with the translation vector of <5 , 2> has the rule:

(x,y)\rightarrow (x+5,y+2)

Then

  • L(-6,0)\rightarrow L'(-1,2)

  • N(-4,5)\rightarrow N'(1,7)

  • O(1,-1)\rightarrow O'(6,1)

2nd transformation:

Reflection over the x-axis has the rule:

(x,y)\rightarrow (x,-y)

Then

  • L'(-1,2)\rightarrow L''(-1,-2)

  • N'(1,7)\rightarrow N''(1,-7)

  • O'(6,1)\rightarrow O''(6,-1)
