My goal would be to maintain my current weight and sleep better. Currently my most significant physical activity is to go swimming two days per week and take the dog for a walk every day.

  1. Start going to school using my bike at least 2 days per week to get more physical activity.
  2. Establish a sleep routine that allows me to sleep at least 8 hours per night
  3. I really like dancing, so I could sign up for dance classes.
