So since there are 2 points and the line is horizontal, that means the y intercept is the same and the x intercepts are different

Take the 2 given points

-3-(-3)/3-(-2)

= -3+3/3+2

= 0/5

Slope is 0

so the equation is y=0

EDIT: its -3 its obvious from the graph i must have done something wrong
