1-Denaturation (95°C): DNA template will denaturalize and the two strands will get apart (with no more hydrogen bonds between them)

2-Annealing (55°C): primers will pair with each DNA single-strand (annealing temperature must be high enough to allow the correct annealing)

3-Elongation (65°C): Taq polymerase will make a complementary strand with the dNTPs (complementary to each single-DNA strand)
