The next step would be both multiplication and division, so you see the first division sign moving from left to right. You do 8/4 to get 2. Then the next part of it is multiplication so you do that also so 2x2 is 4. The last step would be to add 18 to that and that would give you 22.

A less wordier way to put it would be:

8/4x2+18

2x2+18

Make sure to follow PEMDAS, (parentheses, exponents, multiplication, division, addition, subtraction) also solve from left to right. First, do 8 divide 4 which is 2. 2 times 2 is 4, plus 18 is 22.
