There was 3/4 of a pizza left over from a family gathering. The next day, Tina

ate 1/2 of what was left. How much of the whole pizza did Tina eat?

Answer:

She ate 2/4 of a pizza leaving 1/4 of it behind

Explanation:

Because 3/4 is how much was left and she ate half of it so if you look at common den and multiply you get 2/4 which is then subtracted from first amount which leaves you with a total of 1/4 of a pizza left after eating 2/4 of it
