When I looked up natural law, natural law defines moral principles that are unchangeable and the basis of human conduct, but when it comes to what John Locke believed, he believed that people were born with a blank slate and that we all start out neutral. He theorized that people were shaped by their experiences and that this was what determined some of the faulty nature in people and why people did bad things. He believed that people can decide for themselves if they wanted to good for society or to do bad for society.
