Part A

$RS+ST=RT \\ \\ 8y+4+5y+7=115 \\ \\ 13y+11=115 \\ \\ 13y=104 \\ \\ y=8$

Part B

$RS=8(8)+4=68 \\ \\ ST=5(8)+7=47$
