Explanation:

The volume (V) of the tank is calculated as

V = lbh ( l is length, b is width and h is height ), thus

V = 5 × 1.5 × 3 = 22.5 m³

Divide V by rate for time in minutes

Time = 22.5 ÷ 0.06 = 375 minutes

Divide minutes by 60 to convert to hours, that is

Time to fill tank = 375 ÷ 60 = 6.25 hours
