m = -3/11 x

Explanation:

expand the brackets

12m + 36x = 18x - 54m

collect the m's on one side and the x's on the other

12m + 54m = 18x - 36x

add/ subtract

66m = -18x

divide both sides by 66

m = -18/66 x

simplify by dividing the numerator and denominator by 6

m = -3/11 x
