Bonjour

"I will also read books to help me with my studies " means

Je vais aussi lire des livres pour m'aider pour mes études.

you can say "avec mes études" but "pour mes études" is more correct.

to help me = "pour aider moi" pour m'aider

m' = direct object pronoun (me, m' when the following word begins with a vowel"

hope this helps ☺☺☺

Answer:

The first one.

Step-by-step explanation:

The first one is exactly what you are saying, the second is "To help me with my studies, I will also read books" which doesn't make that much sense.
