I like to call this type of situations an expansion crisis, you have done so well that you have too much work to do but too few people to do the work. At this point the company must hire people fast and it has to use the fastest possible hiring source it can find. For example, most companies use the internet nowadays but there may exist some potential employees' database that the company can use or recruitment firms.
