The hundredth is the second number to the left of the decimal point. To round you use the number to the left to judge whether the next number will go up or down. A good rule is this "4 and below let it go, 5 and above give it a shove", this means if the number is 4 or lower leave the digit the same. If it's 5 or higher change it to be one digit larger.
