Hello :)

First, find the common factor of all of the terms.

8x^3

4 2 = 8

x ⋅ x ⋅ x =
x^(3)

28x^2

4 ⋅ 7 = 28

x ⋅ x=
x^(2)

40x

4 ⋅ 10 = 40

x = x

the common factor of all of the terms is 4x.

Next, divide the original equation by 4x.

4x(
8x^(3) +28x^(2)+40x)

(8x^(2) )/(4x)+(28x^2)/(4x)+(40x)/(4x)

4x(2x^2+7x+10)
