DATE: December 1, 2014

TO: All staff members

FROM: Richard Morris, Head of Department

SUBJECT: Change in schedule for weekly staff meetings

CC: Leila Lindbergh, Dean, Bethany Institute of Arts

Starting next week, our weekly department meetings will be on Tuesdays at 4:15 P.M. instead of on Wednesdays. The meetings will occur in the same conference room. Let me know in advance if you cannot attend.

Thank you for your cooperation.

This is word for word on plato, so change and/or put in your own words.
