Answer: x = 3, y = -2
Step-by-step explanation:
First plug in a value for x:
x = 1
So -2(1) + 3y = -12
=> 3y = -10
=> y = -10/3
x= 2
=> -2(2) + 3y = -12
=> 3y = -8
=> y = -8/3
x = 3
=> -2(3) + 3y = -12
=> 3y = -6
=> y = -2
